SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed through our online store are delivered via tracked courier to ensure safe and fast delivery. To avoid lost or damaged packages, all deliveries will require a signature on arrival. If no one is available to sign, a calling card will be left. It is a good idea to provide a business address as most deliveries arrive during business hours. Please note that our couriers CANNOT deliver to a PO Box.

DELIVERY TIMES & ITEM AVAILABILITY

Orders within the North Island are shipped via an overnight courier service. Orders within Waiheke Island and the South Island are shipped via a two-day courier service. however please allow an extra day or two for rural. Typical processing times for orders are listed below. These processing times are based on the product availability.

  • Available Now — Shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Supplier Stock — Shipped within 2 – 3 days of receiving your order
  • Available from xx/xx/xx — Shipped within 24 hours of becoming available
  • Not Available — Cannot be shipped as the item is unfortunately sold out

We will do our best to maintain accurate availability information however where an item cannot be shipped out in the above timeframe you will be notified immediately via email.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

A confirmation email containing your order tracking number will be sent to you when your order is shipped. If your tracking number is not recognised please try again in a few hours as there is sometimes a delay while your order awaits courier collection.
